At Khired Networks, I’m partnering with a B2B SaaS client to rebuild a live product for the AI-first market, moving it from POC to beta in one month. I own the delivery roadmap for a six-engineer team while maintaining service quality for the platform’s existing organizations and users.
I’m guiding the team in agentic LLM-assisted development and advising the executive team on AI tooling, architecture and delivery planning. I also guided the QA function in establishing an automated test suite with Claude Code and Playwright.
At Synavos Solutions Pvt Ltd, I built and scaled an international software development and staff augmentation company to 100+ staff and approximately $1.8M in annual revenue. I led the delivery operation for a Nordic fintech client and supervised project and delivery managers across seven concurrent accounts.
At Seamless Distribution Systems AB, I progressed from system engineer to head of software engineering, leading a global organization of 50+ and setting delivery standards across Scrum teams. I’ve also co-founded Iris Technologies AB, where I owned technical strategy and architecture for a machine learning platform, and founded ibute Technologies, serving US and European clients.
