What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or people operations role where I can support confidential employee processes, maintain accurate records, and continue developing in an international, collaborative environment.

I've supported daily HR operations at Avis Budget Group in Barcelona, managing employee documentation, HR records in Workday, onboarding paperwork, and data updates with confidentiality and accuracy.

My administrative experience at MGC Mutua and Clínica Ramón Martí Espinet strengthened my ability to manage confidential records, coordinate appointments, maintain databases, and support communication across departments. I'm completing a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and bring international experience working with diverse teams.
