I'm looking to contribute my operational, regulatory reporting, quality-control, and team-leadership experience to service management and related financial-services challenges.

I investigate cash operations at BNP Paribas Securities Services, providing operational insight, reconciling banking activity, and helping teams resolve recurring issues and operational risk.

Previously, I supported margin calls, collateral movements, interest payments, settlement-fail investigations, reporting, and cash and securities reconciliation as an MFS Client Delivery Analyst.

At Randstad, I supported UCITS and PRIIPS regulatory reporting and quality control, documented procedures, trained colleagues, and managed a team of 22 people.
