I lead trauma-informed services for children and families affected by domestic abuse.
What I'm looking for
At Latin American Women’s Aid, I lead Children and Young People services, supporting children affected by domestic abuse in and out of refuge. I manage service delivery, safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration while developing trauma-informed early-intervention support.
I previously designed and implemented a new CYP service programme at LAWA, delivering assessments, tailored support plans, therapeutic sessions, practical activities and advocacy for children and families. My work draws on psychodynamic, developmental and systemic frameworks, with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion and healing-centred practice.
I also bring clinical psychology experience from Hospital Dr Domingo Luciani, where I contributed to assessments, treatment programmes, risk discussions and service design within a multidisciplinary team.
