What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to continue empowering children and families, with a focus on collaborative work and professional growth.

I am a qualified Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and over two years of experience in children’s services, particularly within Looked After Children teams. My passion lies in helping children and young people navigate their educational and emotional journeys, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive. I pride myself on building trustful relationships, advocating for their rights, and providing tailored guidance that empowers them to achieve their goals.

Throughout my career, I have implemented trauma-informed care and therapeutic support, utilizing evidence-based techniques to help children process their experiences and develop resilience. My experience includes direct work with children and families, multi-agency collaboration, and crisis intervention, all aimed at creating a safe and supportive environment for those I serve. I believe in the importance of strategic planning combined with empathy, ensuring that every child receives a clear and achievable plan for their future.
