I am a lawyer and operational leader with deep experience structuring companies, designing compliance programs, and advising international expansion across Latin America, the U.S., and the EU. I have founded and led multiple organizations and programs that formalize entrepreneurs and deliver scalable legal-tech solutions.
As Head of Strategy & Operations and a founding attorney, I have structured 45+ SMEs, facilitated international financial transactions up to $25M, and created SaaS and programmatic solutions—such as Public Note® and Gethedocs®—that have supported hundreds of users and clients. I also lead cross-functional teams, design technology and process optimizations, and negotiate strategic contracts.
