At ServiceNow, I designed and deployed Python automation for iDRAC password rotation through Redfish APIs, securing over 8,000 production servers. I also built an Agentic AI MCP that reduced test-cycle turnaround from a day or two to under an hour.
I maintain fleet-wide hardware monitoring and Splunk dashboards covering 10,000+ servers, and manage firmware updates, certificate renewals, and remote diagnostics across 8,000+ OOB devices. I investigate server faults and use root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
At IBM, I set up and validated transistor-level timing methodology for next-generation IBM Z server processors on 3nm technology. I analyzed timing violations and developed custom circuit-pattern verification scripts for the timing framework.
