I've supported high-uptime Linux production environments at Synchrony, where I built a Python automation engine for 400+ middleware services and received the 2023 CEO Award. I also engineered B9s, a Bash-based management tool for secure, restricted banking environments, and migrated mission-critical middleware and IBM MQ platforms to cloud infrastructure.
I've diagnosed network communication failures through PCAP analysis, deployed custom network solutions for government customers, and administered Apache and Nginx servers. My work combines Python and Bash automation, Kubernetes and Docker operations, monitoring with Splunk and New Relic, and security remediation with Qualys and Docker Scout.
