What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role in operations, data entry, quality assurance, customer support, or administration where I can use my experience with records, systems, procedures, and accuracy while continuing to learn and develop.

I've supported accurate logistics and product operations at Dune London, Bleckmann, and Unipart Logistics, checking products, processing orders, and maintaining reliable records.

At Unipart Logistics, I processed more than 100 mobile phones and electronic devices a day using SAP and Excel. I updated stock records, investigated discrepancies, and verified product condition and details.

I've also carried out quality inspections, identified defects and labelling issues before dispatch, and used handheld scanners to track stock movements. My repair technician experience strengthened my approach to inspections, documentation, and improving day-to-day processes.

I'm currently studying Business and Management at Bath Spa University and use tools including ChatGPT and Canva to support my assessments. I'm looking to bring my practical operations experience into a remote role where I can keep learning and developing.
