Fully remote, permanent position at a product company with a real engineering culture. Small-to-mid-sized team, async-friendly, high autonomy. Backend-heavy work in .NET or Java/Spring Boot — ideally with interesting architecture challenges. Not looking for consultancies, fixed-term contracts, or micromanagement.

Backend .NET engineer, 4+ years. Shipped production AI agents, led architectural migrations. Seeking remote product company role.
What I'm looking for
I'm a backend-focused full-stack engineer specialising in .NET/C#, with a strong track record of owning complex systems end-to-end — not just writing features, but making architectural decisions, shipping to production, and keeping things running.
My most distinctive experience is from Opencomm, where I was the sole engineer responsible for building and deploying production speech-to-speech AI agents for live call centre clients — a .NET 9 backend exposing CRM actions as LLM-callable tools, LangChain orchestration, ElevenLabs for multilingual voice synthesis, and Docker/Kubernetes for deployment. This wasn't a proof of concept; it served real B2B clients handling real inbound calls. I maintained zero P1 incidents across all production systems throughout my tenure.
Before that, I worked across multiple full-lifecycle products at Opencomm — a live call centre CRM serving enterprise clients, a Blazor-based supervisor platform, and a standalone SPA — owning everything from business analysis through deployment and production support.
Currently I'm at Epsilon NET Group, working on the architectural migration of Pylon — an ERP platform used by 27,000+ professionals, deeply integrated with Greek government systems (tax authority, e-invoicing, e-banking). The work is heavily architectural: evaluating design patterns, prototyping decomposition strategies for a large .NET Windows Forms monolith, and making decisions that need to hold up under regulatory and financial scrutiny.
Outside work I'm actively building in public. ColdCase AI is a deliberate polyglot microservices project — .NET 8 gateway, Java 21/Spring Boot 3 user service, Python/FastAPI AI service — built specifically to develop real production patterns across three stacks at once. TaskFlow, my completed Clean Architecture + CQRS platform, is also on GitHub.
I'm looking for a fully remote permanent role at a product company — ideally with a small-to-mid-sized engineering team, async-friendly culture, and genuine autonomy. Healthcare, infrastructure, or developer tooling are natural fits given my background, but I care more about engineering quality than domain.
Core stack: C#/.NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD, LangChain, Azure. Actively expanding into Java/Spring Boot (live projects, not just tutorials).
