Inusah Ibrahim

I am a BSc Health Information Management student at the University for Development Studies, currently gaining hands-on experience through a professional attachment at Tamale West Hospital. I’m passionate about health data management, monitoring and evaluation, research, and contributing to NGO-related work.

During my 7-week Health Information Management internship, I entered and validated health data in DHIMS2 using Stat 7 returns. I assisted with inpatient morbidity and mortality reporting, verified health records to ensure data quality, and supported routine health information management activities.

I also bring initiative through leadership roles, including Vice President (UDS Branch) and a branch secretary position, alongside active participation in youth summits and public speaking teams. I’m motivated to grow into roles that strengthen health information systems, improve data integrity, and turn data into actionable insights.
