What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend healthcare administration with public health research—supporting evidence generation (systematic reviews, data analysis) to strengthen health systems and improve maternal and urban health outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa.

I’m a Health Service Administrator and emerging researcher with strong academic training (First Class Honours) and hands-on experience in hospital administration and public health research. With a BSc in Health Administration, my thesis focused on “Perception, Availability, and Utilisation of Antenatal Care Services under Ghana’s Free Maternal Healthcare Policy.”

I coordinate administrative operations at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital while also contributing to research quality—supporting protocol development and ethical approval, conducting data collection and analysis using SPSS, and strengthening manuscripts and systematic reviews. My work includes systematic review & meta-analysis (2024) and peer-reviewed publications aligned to health systems strengthening, maternal health, and urban health challenges in sub-Saharan Africa.
