I’m a Technical Program Manager with 14+ years delivering enterprise IT infrastructure, system integration, and migration programs across telecom, healthcare, and SaaS. I focus on running complex, concurrent infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget, backed by disciplined governance.

At Arch Telecom, I planned, initiated, and executed 40+ complex and concurrent programs, achieving 95% on-time delivery within budget. During a major telecom merger, I led the Sprint-to-T-Mobile retail-site migration with zero operational downtime, coordinating international integrations and infrastructure readiness across all sites.

I bring deep Microsoft and PPM tooling experience—owning Office 365 and Exchange administration, directing SharePoint Online intranet consolidation, and using MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet to keep delivery transparent. I also strengthened operational reliability by owning risk, issue, and change logs and reducing operational risk by 15% through governance frameworks.
