In procurement, I managed day-to-day procurement activities in line with NGO policies and donor regulations, building supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and value for money. I prepared and maintained procurement documents for audit compliance (purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes) and worked closely with finance and program teams to keep procurement aligned with approved project budgets.

As a Branch Manager, I supervised daily service delivery, monitored staff performance, and maintained disciplined operations. I handled cash operations (deposits, withdrawals, balancing of accounts) and ensured accurate recording of sales, betting transactions, winnings, and daily financial reports, while also overseeing compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. I’m also committed to continuous improvement through project-management and financial-literacy certifications, and I’m confident using Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Sage to interpret financial data and support stronger decision-making.
