At Eddy Group, I managed the Japanese Government / JICA Educational Equipment Supply Project from planning through delivery and final acceptance. The project delivered more than 7,000 units of computer equipment to 382 vocational colleges and schools across Ukraine.
I coordinated JICA, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, manufacturers, logistics providers, and recipient institutions. I also managed a 20-person project team and external contractors, planned phased deliveries, and addressed risks including wartime logistics and access to frontline regions.
As Product manager at Eddy Group, I launched a new didactics business line and developed a catalog of educational products organized by classroom type. I matched customer requests to technical specifications, sourced manufacturers, and prepared product descriptions and specifications for public tender bids.
My experience also includes commodity trading, financial control, and logistics. At EASYTRADE BROKERAGE AG, I handle physical shipments, invoicing, trading position reports, and sales and purchase trade accounting through contract execution.
