What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and strengthen HR and people operations functions, combining talent acquisition, HRMS, compliance, performance management, and operational leadership to create scalable people systems.

I've built HR functions from the ground up at Virgo Pacific, creating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance structures, and an HR Manual with eight-plus policies across two group companies. I manage full-cycle hiring from factory to leadership roles, implemented Zoho People, Spine HR, and GreytHR, and reduced attrition within seven months through structured onboarding and engagement.

Across Virgo Pacific, MG Bakers, Plaksha University, PAN INDIA NGO-DF, and media organisations including Hindustan Times and Times Internet, I've combined HR, operations, executive support, vendor management, and project coordination. I've supported workforces of 300–600, led Savio ERP implementation, managed 250+ vendors, reduced logistics costs from ₹20L to ₹3–4L monthly, and coordinated international trade exhibitions.
