I’m a CRM Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist with experience in CRM database management, operational reporting, and business process analysis. I focus on transforming operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making through clean data, consistent KPIs, and reliable dashboards.

In my roles, I validated and verified incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reporting, while maintaining and improving 1,000+ CRM records to ensure data accuracy. I produced monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports, generated operational performance reports and KPI summaries for stakeholders, and supported process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining onboarding and document verification procedures.

I’m skilled in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and HubSpot CRM for data cleaning, reporting, dashboard creation, and KPI tracking. I also coordinate data flow between departments, monitor workflow processes, and handle complex cases using Power Query—so teams can move faster with trustworthy, well-structured CRM insights.
