I’m a motivated and detail-oriented graduate with strong communication, organizational, and digital skills, focused on Learning & Development and employee engagement. With a BSc in Economics and a GPA of 3.5/5.0, I bring structured information, clear communication, and a learning mindset to workplace efficiency.

In my learning and development focus, I use Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace to support documentation, reporting, and content organization. I’m especially comfortable with building clear materials for people to understand quickly—whether it’s writing, organizing, or presenting information.

Through relevant experience and projects, I’ve assisted in organizing and presenting academic reports and group project materials in a structured and easy-to-understand format. I’ve also conducted basic data collection and analysis using Excel and Google Forms, and used Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to design clear class presentations—so I can contribute thoughtfully as a Learning & Development Intern at Impiricus.
