At CoreLink GmbH, I manage the internal IT infrastructure, including workstations, network equipment, and peripherals. I also administer company domains, Microsoft 365 accounts, and user access.
I developed an in-house digital invoicing system and maintain the company website using WordPress, HTML, and CSS. My work also includes Windows client rollouts, patch management, backups, endpoint security, and VPN access.
Previously, as a field service employee at Druckerteam GmbH, I installed and repaired network printers and copier systems at business customers’ sites. I integrated multifunction systems into customer networks and documented service and maintenance work.
Earlier, I provided 1st- and 2nd-level support at Sisal Albania SH.P.K. and worked as an IT technician and system administrator at Infinity Investment SH.A. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Canadian Institute of Technology.
