I’m an Architect from Universidad de los Andes with an emphasis on technical management for international construction and architecture projects. I specialize in Shop Drawings, high-precision Take-offs, and material coordination for aluminum and steel structural systems.
In my current role as Estimator & Project Coordinator at a metal fabrication firm (Florida, USA - Remote), I lead detailed estimations and take-offs for metalwork projects such as cable railing systems, pergolas, and specialized aluminum structures. I also develop shop drawings for multiple residential units, coordinate procurement for critical materials, and manage bilingual technical communication with contractors in the USA.
