I seek roles leveraging BIM and visualization skills to produce permit-ready documentation, improve workflows, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; open to remote work and international relocation.

I am a Junior Architect with hands-on experience supporting residential and commercial projects through BIM/CAD drafting, construction documentation, 3D modelling, and on-site coordination. I translate 2D plans into accurate BIM/3D models and produce clear presentation materials that accelerate approvals and design decisions.

At Borluv Developments I produced 20+ BIM/3D models, developed 20+ permit-ready plan sets, generated photorealistic renderings, and coordinated with suppliers and construction teams across hotel, medical, and commercial projects. In previous roles I standardized BIM templates and workflows, converted hand sketches into structured CAD drawings, and delivered international projects with fast turnaround for city submissions.
