I’m a results-driven Assistant Sales Staff and Management student with a strong foundation in client relations and digital service innovation. I enjoy bridging traditional sales excellence with modern, AI-driven solutions that improve customer satisfaction.

In my role at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada, I supported sales operations, maintained professional relationships with diverse client bases, and used strong communication and public speaking to promote product value. I also managed administrative tasks and coordinated with the sales team to help meet regional targets.

As a Digital Service Provider (Freelance), I manage end-to-end digital services, including AI-generated marketing assets and professional video editing. I handle international client inquiries and deliver service through a self-built web platform using HTML and Netlify, while consistently producing high-quality visual content and running social media outreach for diverse niches.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Management at Universitas Terbuka, applying management principles to optimize business workflows and digital service scaling. I also work on educational content automation and take an active interest in gold and forex market analysis with a focus on risk management.
