What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support retirement plan clients, participant education, enrollment, implementation, and financial wellness initiatives in a client-focused, compliance-sensitive environment.

At The Standard Insurance Company, I support employer-sponsored retirement plan relationships, enrollment activity, participant engagement, and financial education alongside Relationship Managers, plan sponsors, and HR teams.

In 2025, I delivered 81 documented retirement education events reaching more than 700 tracked participants nationwide. I translate plan features, contribution options, investment concepts, and next steps into clear, actionable guidance.

Previously, at Accenture/Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership, I managed a Region 11 provider territory, resolving enrollment and operational barriers across a regulated Medicaid program. I coordinated education, documentation, escalations, and cross-functional support for hospitals, clinics, practices, and community partners.

I also provide English–Spanish translation, interpretation, and localization for financial services, healthcare, education, technology, and business content.
