I’m looking to partner with business leaders in an environment that values strong controls and data-driven FP&A. I want to lead planning, forecasting, dashboards, and executive reporting while strengthening compliance with IFRS and improving audit readiness.

I’m a results-driven Finance Management Specialist with over 8 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Corporate Finance, and Strategic Finance across banking, insurance, and public sector organisations. I strengthen decision-making through management & performance reporting, financial forecasting, P&L management, and variance/forecast-versus-actual analysis—while ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.

Currently as a Senior Finance Officer at Uganda Development Bank Limited, I spearheaded annual planning, budgeting & forecasting and supported financial statements totalling UGX 1,782B, improving P&L management and audit readiness. I streamline close and reconciliations, led loan portfolio clean-up (correcting 500+ records), and developed KPI reporting and financial dashboards using Power BI to help senior leadership move faster with clearer insights. Previously at KPMG Uganda, I led risk-based audit and assurance engagements, supervised cross-functional audit teams (5+), and prepared executive and board-level reporting—building a strong foundation in internal controls, risk assessment, and advisory impact, including supporting Expected Credit Loss models in collaboration with PwC.
