I am an audit and finance professional with over three years of experience working with NGOs, private companies, and SACCOs. My experience includes audit planning and testing, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal control reviews, compliance assessments, preparation of audit working papers, and analysis of financial information.

Working with different types of organisations has helped me develop a strong understanding of financial systems, business processes, risk, and accountability. I am comfortable analysing financial data, identifying variances and control weaknesses, reviewing supporting documentation, and communicating findings clearly to management and other stakeholders.

My long-term career interest is to grow beyond traditional audit into finance consultancy and financial markets advisory. I am particularly interested in helping businesses and individuals make better financial decisions through financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, investment research, risk assessment, business advisory, and interpretation of financial and market information.

I am also interested in developing deeper expertise in financial markets, investment analysis, corporate finance, and strategic financial planning. I see my audit background as a strong foundation because it has trained me to understand financial statements, assess risk, question financial information critically, and evaluate the financial health of organisations.

I am looking for opportunities where I can apply my current audit and finance experience while progressively building a career in financial consulting, investment and market analysis, and financial advisory. I particularly value roles that involve analytical thinking, problem-solving, research, financial modelling, and supporting evidence-based financial decisions.
