What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a practical, fast-paced role where I can support daily operations and customer experiences, communicate with diverse clients, learn in a team environment, and build on my interest in diving and service.

I've supported events and bar operations at Lunavera Space, serving guests, helping events run smoothly, and responding calmly to unexpected situations.

At NUVU Jewel, I managed document handling, data entry, archiving, communications, meeting arrangements, scheduling, logistics, basic financial records, and procurement support. My experience at Pai Coffee, An Xin Dentist’s Clinic, and my family’s kopitiam strengthened my customer service, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

I hold a Bachelor of Textiles and Clothing from Fu Jen Catholic University and use Photoshop, Illustrator, and CLO 3D to create and visualise textile designs. I communicate fluently in English, Chinese, and Cantonese, and I’m eager to bring my service mindset and Open Water diving license to daily operations and customer experience work.
