What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role in customer support, back-office, data annotation, or sales support. I'm available immediately, including afternoon and evening shifts.

During my three-month pharmacy internship in Morocco, I welcomed and guided more than 30 clients a day in person and over the phone. I answered enquiries, handled complaints, and followed cases through to resolution.

I maintained a high client satisfaction rate while managing multiple requests and following clear procedures in a fast-paced environment.

I'm a third-year Biology & Health student at Université Mohammed Premier, Oujda. I'm open to customer support, back-office, data annotation, and sales support roles, and I'm available for remote work, including afternoon and evening shifts.
