At Alstom, I manage industrial planning for the SkyTrain Delivery project for the City of Vancouver, developing the Master Production Schedule and coordinating production, logistics, procurement, and quality teams. I consolidate WIP and finished-goods data through GSI/SAP, build Power BI executive dashboards, and address schedule variances and supply disruption risks.
Previously at MI-GSO PCUBED, I structured governance for a strategic corporate website redesign, managed CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and supported Agile sprint-based delivery and digital profitability tracking.
My foundation is in end-to-end road infrastructure delivery at the Ministry of Transport, where I coordinated subcontractors and suppliers, controlled budgets, planned work in MS Project, and managed quality, safety, compliance, and project risks.
