At Salas Partners, I build automation systems for SMEs, including AI lead qualification, real-time lead validation, and AI support agents. I take deliverables from scoping through testing, with error handling, monitoring, and handover documentation.

I built an AI Lead Qualification Pipeline with Make.com and the OpenAI API to score inbound requests and route priority leads to HubSpot. It also sends personalized responses and includes error handling, alerts, and automatic recovery.

On an n8n project, I built an AI customer-support agent that uses RAG for policy questions and structured lookups for records. It avoids inventing answers and escalates refunds, cancellations, and complaints to a human.
