I’m looking for a role where I can own data/API troubleshooting end-to-end, build AI automation and reliable workflows, and deliver SQL/Snowflake-driven dashboards that turn complex findings into clear decisions.

I’m a technical support and automation professional with an engineering background, specializing in resolving data, database, API, integration, and operational issues from diagnosis to resolution.

I regularly use SQL, Snowflake, Postman, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and Python to investigate inconsistencies, validate records, reproduce failures, and document incident findings so teams can act quickly and confidently.

In my current work, I develop and test an AI-powered virtual reception and workflow automation solution, including conversation logic, integrations, and operational reporting—while building decision-ready dashboards and customized reports. I also translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for non-specialists, with strong ownership and customer-focused communication.
