What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote customer support, SaaS support, product support, or technical support role where I can help users troubleshoot web application workflows and improve product experiences.

I built and managed Martisan, a SaaS platform for event venues and digital invitations, using AI-assisted development and no-code/low-code tools.

I designed and tested booking, signup, login, authentication, invitation, QR code, and dashboard workflows. I investigated OTP verification, Google login, redirect, and user-access issues while using Supabase for authentication and application data.

I manage product testing, feature planning, troubleshooting, UI improvements, and bug identification based on user needs and business requirements. I also use GitHub to manage and synchronize project code.

Previously, I collected and recorded payments, maintained transaction records, and communicated with customers during collection activities. I’m seeking a remote SaaS, product, customer, or technical support role.
