At Norwegian Refugee Council Somalia, I manage IT assets and endpoints using Microsoft Intune, supporting device enrollment, compliance, updates, and secure configurations. I also use Freshservice to handle service requests and incidents.
I support NRC Somalia offices with technical guidance, troubleshoot network issues through Meraki Dashboard, and help staff use NRC applications. I also share cyber-risk alerts and create awareness about data protection.
At Save Somali Women and Children, I maintained IT asset inventories and supported equipment lifecycle tracking. Earlier, I developed an online livestock marketplace with PHP Laravel as a freelancer and built, tested, and deployed components of insurance software at Vivacom.
