I’m looking for a recruiting coordinator role where I can support high-volume hiring, manage ATS workflows, and coordinate interviews across time zones—bringing bilingual communication, strong organization, and clear recruiting metrics reporting.

I’m a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with experience supporting high-volume hiring processes across multiple time zones. I coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and keep recruiting workflows running smoothly behind the scenes through strong organization and communication.

In my current role at Reach Recruiting, I manage interview coordination and recruiting workflows through Top Echelon ATS, including scheduling and process management. I also source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and HireEZ, while tracking recruiting metrics and preparing hiring reports.

Before recruiting, I built a strong operations foundation through calendar and logistics coordination in a private household and remote freelance recruiting support. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication skills to the hiring process, along with executive-level calendar management and administrative coordination.
