At Neo Tech iT, I maintain and evolve three critical telecom applications in production. I reduced one application’s page load time from 30+ seconds to under one second and eliminated recurring crashes through query optimization and memory profiling.
I also built a Spring Boot proof of concept and integrated Redis, Firebase, MinIO, and SFTP into telecom projects. I meet with client project managers on business requirements and coordinate deliverables with the mobile team.
For a Canadian Hospital, I developed a Zero-Shot conversational AI agent and a secure web application, including a real-time voice agent for automated telephone consultations. I implemented role-based access control and built a back office with more than 30 data modules.
My other work at Neo Tech iT includes a Three.js product recommendation experience, a distributed Laravel application, and a telemedicine platform. I’ve also built mobile, web, and e-commerce applications using Symfony, React, Ionic, and Spring Boot.
