At CLARGES MAYFAIR, I organize shifts, assign housekeeping tasks, and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are met. I also train team members and hire staff for the housekeeping team.
I maintain COSHH assessments and other health and safety records, and ensure the team follows health, safety, security, and College policies. I also manage staff appraisals and Personal Improvement Plans.
Earlier, I worked in customer service and management roles at Unilever/Darko Bulgaria and Scan Clean Bulgaria. I hold a Level 3 Human Resources qualification from Westminster Kingsway College, CIPD, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sv.Sv.Kiril i Metodi University.
