At Became S.R.L, I recruited for Became s.r.l and New Time s.r.l. I published job ads, sourced candidates through databases and online platforms, and conducted selection interviews.
As an HR Generalist intern at Mammalisa Sicilian Export, I gained experience in human resources. I also completed a qualifying post-graduate internship at a private psychology practice, observing clinical interviews and supporting psychological assessment activities.
My studies in work and organizational psychology, together with experience as a childcare assistant, have shaped my interest in supporting people and understanding their needs.
