What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable cloud platforms and practical AI automation that improves incident response, observability, and developer self-service.

At Adobe Identity, I own observability, alerting, on-call routing, and CI/CD for services across a large-scale infrastructure platform. I tune alerts against availability and latency objectives to reduce noise and improve mean time to detect.

I've built two production AIOps agents on AWS Bedrock using the Claude Agent SDK: one triages alerts using Splunk logs, Cortex metrics, and runbooks, while another reviews pull requests for resiliency, security, and reliability. I also extended alert triage with post-deploy canary log analysis that can catch regressions missed by metric-based gates.

Previously, I built an Amazon Keyspaces controller in Go for Adobe's GitOps cloud-provisioning initiative and migrated Prometheus and alert configuration to Adobe's standard Kubernetes model. My computer science thesis explored agentic RAG architectures for automated software alert analysis using Claude Agent SDK and LangGraph.
