Designed and maintained scalable, secure AWS and Azure infrastructure, including Kubernetes orchestration on EKS/AKS with GitOps delivery via ArgoCD. Built CI/CD and observability stacks (Terraform, GitLab CI, Grafana/Prometheus/OpenSearch, Datadog Security, Splunk) and supported incident response and OWASP-based detection and vulnerability management.

Provisioned and managed security data platform infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Terraform modules and Ansible for post-provisioning configuration management. Implemented Terraform-as-code observability and CI/CD, including security detection dashboards (Datadog) and alerting, and deployed production workflow orchestration with Apache Airflow on AWS EKS.

Improved test pass rates for networking features by fine-tuning infrastructure and troubleshooting issues across networking test suites. Developed Python NLP tools to diagnose failure patterns, authored OWASP-aligned detection rules, and built CI/CD pipelines integrating unit tests using Git/Jenkins/Docker and supporting security scanning with Semgrep.

Deployed enterprise network solutions for partners and customers, providing upper-layer escalation support for network security incidents across Europe and North America. Configured and troubleshot routing and switching and security features including OSPF/BGP, VxLAN/VLAN, IPsec, NAT, QoS, and STP, and delivered customer trainings on network solutions.

Completed a Master's program in Information Systems at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science, Politehnica University of Bucharest from 2020 to 2022.

Completed a Bachelor's program in Computer and Information Technology at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecom and Information Technology, Politehnica University of Bucharest from 2015 to 2019.
