What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead clinical programming with Medidata Rave, build compliant, scalable data systems, spot risks early, mentor teams, and deliver inspection-ready reporting and datasets that support timely submissions.

I’m a Clinical Programming Leader with twelve years of experience supporting global clinical trials through high quality data systems, compliant study builds, and inspection ready deliverables. I’m known for leading complex Medidata Rave development, directing multi study reporting activities, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end Medidata Rave EDC study builds across 14–18 concurrent global clinical trials, from protocol review and specification interpretation through database deployment and maintenance. I program advanced edit checks (cross-form, cross-visit, conditional logic), build SDTM-aligned integrated datasets, and deliver SAS and SQL-based solutions for listings, patient profiles, coding outputs, and reconciliation reports.

I also focus on early risk identification and scalable execution—standardizing reusable templates, edit check libraries, and metadata standards, while driving process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort. I guide global teams, mentor junior programmers, and coordinate multi-vendor environments to deliver accurate, timely, audit ready outputs that support successful submissions and development milestones.
