What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead teams, run project planning and risk management, and use data-driven KPIs to deliver efficient outcomes. I want to contribute technical and managerial expertise to innovative, sustainable projects.

I’m an Operation Manager with hands-on experience leading end-to-end inventory management, KPI tracking, and staff mentoring to consistently meet quality and service standards. I combine operational discipline with project-minded thinking to drive continuous improvement using performance data.

In my current role, I ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while proactively identifying and resolving operational risks. I also run weekly performance reporting, analyze sales outcomes, and execute promotional strategies to close gaps against plans.

Previously as a Project Coordinator for Civil & Infrastructure projects, I monitored progress against approved schedules, produced monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders, and coordinated contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. I managed site resources—manpower, materials, and equipment—to meet milestones on time and within budget.

I’m currently building toward bigger, more technical impact with an MSc in Project Management (Distinction). My coursework and dissertation—focused on digital transformation and AI adoption for improving project delivery—reflect the way I work: plan clearly, manage risk actively, and use data-driven decision making to deliver efficient, sustainable outcomes.
