What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Summer Internship where I can improve supply chain performance, strengthen process discipline, and use Excel/Lean thinking to reduce errors and raise service reliability—learning from real operations teams.

I’m an MSc Logistics & Supply Chain Management student at Sheffield Hallam University, bringing a BSc in Finance and practical experience improving operational performance through “accurate tracking, clean documentation, and clear stakeholder communication.” I’m comfortable working with data and following structured processes to keep actions moving to closure.

In fast-paced environments, I’ve strengthened service-level awareness and accuracy—supporting operational work through PO/invoice documentation, supplier record checks, data validation, and compliance-minded tracking. I also investigate inventory/data mismatches quickly, maintain clean trackers, and resolve discrepancies to reduce service disruption.

Most recently, as an Operations Manager, I maintained trackers and routine updates to improve visibility of priorities, deadlines, and work-in-progress. I coordinated workflows across teams, chased updates, and followed actions through to closure—standardising recurring routines and templates to increase consistency.

Beyond operations, I apply continuous improvement methods like Lean 5S and Five Whys to streamline workflows and minimise errors. I’m seeking a Summer Internship through the Black Interns Program with a focus on Supply Chain and Process Improvement, where I can contribute structured problem-solving and learn quickly from real operational challenges.
