At Mission Cloud, I support customer AWS environments as a Cloud Operations Engineer, troubleshooting technical issues and helping maintain availability, performance, and SLA compliance. I work across services including EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
I investigate alerts and recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document findings and recommendations. I also maintain runbooks and operational guidance to support consistent incident resolution.
