What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine excellent customer service with strong communication and fast learning, thrive in a team, and keep building transferable skills. I value clear expectations, training, and opportunities to grow.

I’m a second-year law student studying for a BA in Law at the University of Salford, where I’ve built strong analytical and writing skills through modules such as Contract law, Legal Writing & Analytical Skills, and Intellectual property law. I bring a strong work ethic and an ability to absorb learning quickly and efficiently from required training.

I also deliver excellent customer experiences in busy, fast-paced environments—serving customers at Liverpool Football Club and large festivals, handling transactions accurately with POS systems, managing stock control and rotation, and following licensing requirements including Challenge 25. As a Student Ambassador, I support prospective students, communicate clearly with teams, and help ensure complaints are handled efficiently, combining empathy, organisation, and dependable teamwork.
