At Lake Zone Animal Welfare Organisation, I carried out field attachment work in animal care, including wound management, disease diagnosis and treatment, and reproductive care. I also took part in outreach activities and supported pig welfare through feeding guidance and care practices.
During my internship at VANDAAGAARD PIG FARM – LANDMAND POUL CHRISTENSEN, I cared for sows in the farrowing section, assisted with farrowing, and helped care for piglets. My work also included weaning, treatment, vaccination, feeding, insemination, castration, and cleaning stables.
