At Sham Soft, I own the full product lifecycle for a subscriber management platform for an internet service reseller. Its Laravel API serves nine business domains, and its React and TypeScript application is in production with ongoing development.
I designed the platform’s containerized services and built its multi-tenant API, with company-based data separation. I also implemented SPA authentication with Laravel Sanctum and wrote automated API tests.
I built a modular, bilingual Arabic-English interface with dynamic RTL/LTR switching. I redesigned imports and exports as asynchronous queue workflows with persistent job histories and downloadable results.
At Albaath University, I led backend development for the Mall Management System graduation project, delivering 80% of its backend infrastructure with Django. I also applied data-mining algorithms to customer behavior and built dashboards and analytics modules.
