What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant role where I can support healthcare or nonprofit teams with scheduling, record management, accurate data entry, and efficient documentation. I want a structured workflow, clear communication, and room to improve processes.

I’m an Administrative and Virtual Assistant with 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare organizations and nonprofit teams. I help teams keep operations running smoothly by managing high-volume documentation, maintaining accurate databases, and coordinating day-to-day administrative workflows.

In healthcare roles, I processed and maintained 40–70 patient records daily while ensuring strict compliance with documentation standards through accurate data entry into CommCare and facility registers. I also coordinated 15–25 appointments daily, improving scheduling efficiency and reducing missed follow-ups.

I’m trusted with sensitive information and focused on making records easier to access and use. As a Medical Records Assistant (Volunteer), I entered and verified 30–50 maternal and neonatal records daily, streamlined record-filing processes, and supported newborn care and immunization documentation for accurate tracking and reporting.

Beyond clinical support, I’ve served as an Administrative Secretary, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating schedules across programs and events, and maintaining organized correspondence and reports. I combine attention to detail with process coordination to support seamless communication and reliable operational execution—both on-site and remotely.
