I’m a detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant and licensed Physiotherapist with over 6 years of experience supporting healthcare administration, patient coordination, scheduling, and multidisciplinary communication. I’m known for strong organization, patient-centered communication, confidentiality, and streamlining operations in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as Physiotherapy Department Manager at Garki Hospital, I lead and coordinate an 8-member rehabilitation team while overseeing patient scheduling, clinical documentation, treatment coordination, and departmental reporting. I implemented electronic documentation protocols using SOAP notes and discharge summaries, achieving full compliance with professional standards.

Previously, I managed scheduling and injury follow-up for Cricket Malawi U-17 during the ICC World Cup Division 2 Qualifiers, maintaining accurate treatment records and supporting rehabilitation progress. I also introduced evidence-based injury prevention protocols that improved team health outcomes.
