I’m an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant, dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support to healthcare professionals. I manage patient records, coordinate with providers, and handle confidential information with discretion while delivering high-quality service in a virtual setting.

In my roles at GEM Diagnostics and Carlisle Clinic, I schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups, keeping calendars organized for efficient care. I also maintain electronic health records by updating and organizing medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and medications with accuracy and confidentiality.

I further support patient engagement by handling inquiries about appointments and prescriptions and coordinating telemedicine appointments to ensure smooth communication. I’ve also assisted with billing and coding by preparing and submitting medical claims, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring accurate procedure and diagnosis coding—helped by training in HIPAA, infection control, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
