I'm currently project-managing resettlement work for Newmont's Lihir Gold Mine and PanAust's Frieda River Project, developing engagement strategies, risk assessments, policy frameworks, and costed resettlement options aligned with IFC Performance Standards.

At ERM, I led Anglo American's Social and Human Rights Risk and Impact Assessment alignment project, delivering a governance framework adopted across multiple operating sites. I also managed an ESIA for a major road upgrade in Ghana and strengthened First Nations engagement and data-management systems across Canadian projects.

At Glencore Coal, I developed a Social Licence to Operate strategy, led stakeholder engagement across five community resettlement projects, and improved social performance and grievance-management systems. My work has included government relations, Corporate Social Investment, Local Economic Development, and regulatory compliance.

Earlier, I facilitated public participation for mine licensing projects in South Africa and built trust in high-conflict settings, including landowner resettlement negotiations. I bring 15+ years of experience working with communities, Indigenous peoples, governments, and industry across Canada, Africa, and international projects.
