At MDaudit, I owned internal IT and security operations for a distributed healthcare SaaS organization. I developed an IT roadmap, managed the annual budget and vendor agreements, and led and mentored technical staff while staying hands-on.
I planned and personally executed technology integration and infrastructure consolidation for two acquired companies, covering identity, email, networks, endpoints, applications, and data. I also led a company rebrand involving email-domain and identity changes, completed with zero downtime or business disruption.
Earlier at MDaudit, I modernized identity and endpoint management toward Entra ID and Intune and prepared infrastructure and employee technology for a fully remote workforce. At Hayes Management Consulting, I administered network and systems environments and developed HIPAA-aligned security policies; I continue building practical workflows that connect AI tools with repeatable operational processes.
